Respect in the work place

Our ambition is to provide an outstanding level of care to our patients and communities. Evidence shows to achieve that we need to be an outstanding place to work as well.

To do this we put respect at the heart of how we work with colleagues, patients and carers.  So by choosing to work here we all also choose to be models of respect. There is no place for bullying, racism, discrimination or other poor behaviours.
