Organisational structure and committees

Our trust is made up of a number of clinical and non-clinical directorates, which are led, on a day-to-day basis, by a team of executive directors. Our executive directors, along with our non-executive directors, make up our trust board. Our board is ultimately responsible for setting the strategy for the trust and the overall performance of the trust.

Our directorates

Our clinical areas are separated into the following directorates:

• Medicine

• Surgery

• Women and Children's

• Renal

• South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre (SWLEOC)

• Clinical Services

• Outpatients and Medical Records

• Service Improvement and Transformation.

Non-clinical and support services of the trust are organised into a number of non-clinical directorates, including:

• Finance and Performance 

• Estates and Facilities

• Human Resources

• Communications and Patient Experience.
