Annual Public Meeting 2024 

When: 5.30pm (doors open) – 7.30pm on Wednesday 18 September 2024. The meeting will start at 6.30pm

Where: The Epsom Playhouse, 42 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, KT18 5AL 

 

Join us at our Annual Public Meeting as we look back on the last year and recognise the hard work of our teams.  There will also be an opportunity for you to ask our Trust Board any questions you may have. To submit a question in advance of the meeting, please email gesh.comms@stgeorge's.nhs.uk

 

Everyone is welcome to attend. 

Come along to your local hospital to:  

• Hear from staff and patients, learn about how we are using cutting-edge nuclear scanner and virtual reality as part of the care we provide for our patient
• Hear from our staff and patients 
• Have a health check, including a blood pressure check.

Light refreshments will be provided.  

 

Some highlights of 2023-24 include:

• A new cancer hub opened at Epsom Hospital thanks to generous donations to Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity  
• Our plans to build a new hospital to care for our sickest patients and modernise Epsom and St Helier hospitals
• Sutton Health and Care Reablement Unit opens at St Helier Hospital, six weeks ahead of schedule  
• Mums rate our maternity services as the best in London in a Care Quality Commission (CQC) survey and more
