An update from our Chief Executive - COVID-19
Chief Executive of Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, Daniel Elkeles, said: “As of 5pm Thursday 8 April, sadly we can confirm that a further 15 patients died whose results have now been confirmed as positive for COVID-19. This brings the total confirmed reported deaths at Epsom and St Helier to 137 since the outbreak began.
“The families have been informed and our thoughts remain with them at this difficult time. We will not be commenting further at this time.”
